Booked specifically for the pool and it was closed. When we checked in the carpet in our room had not been vacuumed prior to check in. We asked to have it done while we were out and when we came back they had not done it and never did. We had to wear shoes in our room.

Rooms were dirty upon arrival for several guests. Had to wait an additional amount of time for new sheets and a cleaning. Pool was closed for maintenance but we never saw a single person working on it. Rented this room for my kids to be able to swim.
