"Manta dive was a good resort to stay at for diving - the staff were friendly and obviously passionate about their work and the area they work in. They knew their dive sites well and the guided dives were well-organized, friendly, and safe. The rooms were a little dated, and the bed linens could be renewed -rips and such made them feel a little old. The resort is 3-star, but I was surprised that there weren't bedside tables, the mini fridge was empty and the rooms were basic and bare. Likewise...

Overall, the property is a little run down, but has great potential. They were building a new pool. The room had a musty smell (particularly the bed), and air conditioning was not as effective as others we have enjoyed in Indonesia. The restaurant was frustrating at times- not bringing the bill when we asked for it (this happened more than once)...
