"Wonderful experience. We stayed as a family for four nights and we were so impressed. The rooms were very clean, huge and well equipped with a kitchenette and comfy sofa. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies preparing the breakfast buffet. They worked so hard to clean the tables, and restock the breakfast items and hot drinks. Our kids loved being able to have a hot Chocolate in the lobby at nighttime as well. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Ok"

"The room was lovely and well laid out. But, the bed and the pillows were lumpy."

"Didn’t like the smell of burning rubber out of heater when we turned it on."

"The room we stayed in was very old looking, the bath needs maintenance, the shower head wasn't working properly either. The carpet need to be changed, it's so old looking."

"Breakfast was simple if we compare with other Hotel we‘ ve booked in the few weeks ago"

"We were a large party with multiple rooms. Most of the rooms had a distinct smell in them, some had a moldy sent, our room had a chemical smell that I think was an attempt to cover someone smoking in the room. The front desk staff of little to no help that came with an attitude. When someone in our group asked for direction to an area we wanted to visit, the attendent had no idea where that is let alone which direction to go. We realized that we forgot an item in our room hours after checking...

"Megan from the Comfort Inn in Newmarket was amazing. My husband and I were in Newmarket for a medical reason. We had to leave the hotel between 5 and 6 a.m. which is before the breakfast room opens. When I told Megan about this she packed a lunch with muffins and fruit for us. I"

"Nice hotel. Spacious, quiet and clean bedroom, clean throughout, shops and restaurants nearby, hiking trails nearby. Overall, very convenient. Above all, friendly staff."

"Checked in and walked right out, cockroaches in the hotel. Staff didn't seem surprised"
