Simply perfect

We were staying in Gijón due to a wonderful road-trip through the North of Spain. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the beautiful promenade of the town and easy to access to, as you are arriving by car. Directly next to the hotel entrance you will find their underground car-park, which we liked very much due to reasons of security, since our car was rather packed with luggage. The rooms are modern and spacious, bathrooms are top notch as well. Most important to us was the pet-friendlyness, which is not common in Spain. This hotel even provides you with a bed for your dog, which obviously was very comfy, as our dog slept in it without waking me up during the night. Breakfast is high-class, providing you with a large variety of fruit, bread, cold cuts and eggs in all varieties. The staff is just wonderful, going forth and back to make your stay a wonderful one. No matter, whether Checking in or out or enjoying breakfast, everyone is working hard on making your stay a perfect one. During our stay, one of the front-lights of our car broke down. The receptionist, who does not own a car, asked her colleagues who were off duty, to provide us with the address of a good car-mechanic. The recommended one did a wonderful job and we were more than greatful for the information. Due to all this, we changed our original plans and chose this wonderful hotel again on our way back home. We'll definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you so much for everything!

I've been at this hotel a few times and service is always excellent. Staff at desk is really helpful and super professional. Breakfast buffet coffee can be improved but staff there offered espresso or capuccino from the machine in the kitchen. AND the biggest disappointment is the lack of a gym available the days we were there! Gym is inside a private spa and you have to book it and they close Sunday and Monday. I think a little relax and exercise area is a must for a beautiful and nice hotel like this.

Överprisat hotell.

Alldeles för dyrt pris/natt. Motsvarade inte alls förväntningarna, inte ens en vattenkokare på rummet så man kunde göra te & kaffe. Det enda som var fint var poolen på taket. Dyr frukost med för stort utbud av kakor och för lite grönsaker o annat nyttigare.

Estuvimos alojados varios días y, en general, la experiencia fue positiva. La habitación era cómoda, aunque echamos en falta algún enchufe con puerto USB que permitiera cargar el móvil directamente, aunque no fue un problema grave. Como anécdota, al pagar en efectivo, hubo un pequeño error al contar los billetes y tuvieron que hacer caja para verificarlo. A modo de disculpa por el inconveniente, tuvieron el detalle de regalarnos los tres días de parking, lo cual agradecimos mucho. La piscina está muy bien cuidada y la terraza que la rodea tiene unas vistas estupendas a la playa de San Lorenzo.

Sensacional

Situado en un punto insuperable de Gijón, gran facilidad de aparcamiento y movilidad, servicio amabilísimo y excelente restaurante. Sólo un lunar: No tiene ni un pequeño gimnasio; lugares para hacer ejercicio, incontables, pero en Gijón llueve mucho y una sala cubierta vendría fenomenal. TODO lo demás, inmejorable.

La peor noche de hotel de mi vida

Evento-cena multitudinario de empresa en el hotel, sin avisar por supuesto. Me dan la habitación que más cerca está (en altura y longitud) a donde esta tropa monta follón hasta las 4am, gritos, risas permanentes. Nos teníamos que levantar a las 7. Me quejé en recepción a la vuelta de mi cena y me dicen que las habitaciones están insonorizadas..., un reparto adecuado a los clientes donde no sean molestados es lo exigible. La última vez que vengo a este hotel.
