Had drank finished my room complimentary bottle water. After dinner before going up to room, I went to the front desk to request for a bottle of mineral water. Was shocked that the front desk staff told us to drink from the tap. If don’t like can buy from vending machine.

The Quintessa is an older hotel but comfortable with good value. My queen double was spacious and had a great view from the large windows. Breakfast is above average with a focus of Japanese dishes. The hotel is a great departure point to explore the canals around the City Hall and Ogaki Castle. There are 29 natrual springs in Ogaki, 3 are located in front of the station. Nobody drinks from them--but they were the highlight of my trip. The water is cold and sweet! I filled up my water bottle every day.

幼児の子供連れでしたが、喫煙ルームしか空いていないとのことでした。 臭くて耐えられなくて…子供の体も心配でした。他のホテルはキャンセル可能の対応でしたり、部屋を変えてくれたりの対応もありましたが、こちらはファブリーズみたいなのが置いてあり、そちらで対応との事でした。子供連れで大変な思いをして到着したのに本当に残念でした。もう行きません

部屋の清掃は行き届いてます。ダブルルームだったので、広く、また高層階だっので、眺めが良くて、嬉しかったです。バスルームも広く、昔の仕事で、良くビジネスホテルを使ってましたが、その頃のバスは広かったんで、懐かしくも嬉しく思いました。
