"UNMATCHED !! BEST HOTEL EVER!! We have been to many many hotels but this stands out as the best ever! From the reception and friendly staff, specially Mirna the receptionist! All the staff are welcoming you with a very nice smile, helping hands in every thing, asking if you wanna somethg while u don't! Then the room!! What is that?! "Unfreundliche Personal schon am Rezeption, Kellner,dreckige Zimmer Bettwäsche, sehr schmutzig. Unglaubliches Gestanks und das war schlechteste Urlaub in Ägypten. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen. In Hurgada gibt’s viel, viel bessere und schönere Hotels. Für dieses Hotel gebe ich nur ein Stern. Ich Reise über 32 Jahre nach Hurghada und solche Katastrophe hab ich noch nie erlebt."

"Une très belle surprise, un hôtel vraiment top !!! Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. L'hôtel dans l'ensemble est très propre avec un personnel toujours en action et disponible. La piscine est vraiment top avec une surveillance accrue des maîtres nageurs qui sont très sympas un grand merci à Ahmed (le maître nageur) et Mohamed Nour qui ont été au petit soin pendant notre séjour à la piscine. On nous annonce un surclassement gratuit à la réception mais c'est qu'on avait payé de base... un minuscule balcon donnant sur le parking des employés mais comme il n'était pas très agréable nous n'y allions pas.
