"4 night stay as part of our honeymoon. The woman on reception was excellent, gave us a full explanation of the suite and how it worked, what was included and such. She also gave us some restaurant recommendations which turned out to be lovely and really tasty.

"Good location hotel.About 5 minutes walk from Palazzo Vecchio.Quiet place.Hotel itself is nice decoration with stair to come to check-in.Be careful if you have heavy luggage.I like mobile charger they provided which is prepared for all type of connector.Only one bad thing for this hotel is shower room,it's too small in the middle of bathroom."
"Room was nice. Fulvio at the reception was super charming and helpful throughout the stay. They included a gratis bottle of wine which was a very nice touch. The patio was great to sit on and enjoy the bustle of the street, but when you close the doors at night almost no sound makes its way into the room. Air con was great. Central to everything we needed; we could just walk right from the guest house."
"Beautiful B&B with a great breakfast area, garden, large room/bathroom and fantastic staff! Agatha at the front desk was so helpful and enjoyable to talk to! And the owner Simone did a beautiful job decorating, there were tasteful signs all over the property in English/Italian indicating the location of things and suggestions for local things to do in the city. So amazing! The Wi-Fi was very fast, as well."
"Upon arriving, our room was upgraded to a Prince Suite for our Honeymoon, the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. The A La Carte cuisine was amazing and they provided transportation to the edge of the city upon request, AND picked you up again. And as for the beautiful gardens! We can not praise this gorgeous villa enough and look forward to our next visit."

"An absolutely enchanting gem in the heart of Florence. It is away from the crowd but a sanctuary for the mind. The former monastery from 16th century has been meticulously renovated into spectacular suites and a glass covered courtyard dining area. the art work inspires. Quality is outstanding as is the staff. "

"The room could have been cooler in temperature. We couldn't lower the thermostat.
The pool was beautiful, we wished the hours were longer at night and early morning. The sauna was broken during our stay. "
"This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate. Also, when we arrived, we had to check in using the codes although we arrived before 4 PM. This was not a big deal but I wanted to mention. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The communication was good."
