We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ghent and at the Rose B and B. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. Rose was so helpful with directions. It is outside of Ghent so travel time to the city center is at least 30 minutes with some walking involved.

I was hoping to have access to kitchen supplies, like forks and plates. Also it’s a bit unfair to place bottles of wine and beer in the fridge, but not mark it’s price, pretending it’s free to make money of guests is not ok.

schöne Unterkunft in guter Wohngegend

Wir waren auf einem Kurztrip in Gent. Uns hat neben dem wirklich beeindruckendem Haus auch gut gefallen, dass wir unser Auto und unsere Räder dort sicher abstellen konnten.

La salle de douche et le WC sont communs pour toutes les chambres. Les déjeuners sont payants, la piscine est hors service et le bruit de l'autoroute est problématique pour le sommeil. Prix demandé exorbitant pour la qualité. En positif, belle restauration de la demeure qui garde le style premier dans un quartier résidentiel, établissement très propre et déjeuners copieux et variés.

Le fait de partager une toilette et une douche avec les autres chambres et très décevant et il n'y avait pas de mention sur Expedia qui disait que les chanbres ne venaient pas avec une sallede bain privé et non en partage seul point néganégatif le reste était très bien

Goede ligging, maar betalend ontbijt

Mooie b&b aan de rand van Gent, vlak bij snelweg en expo. Kamer was schoon en goed formaat. Wel gedeelde badkamer, hoewel dit bij de boeking voor ons niet duidelijk was. De badkamer en toilet waren wel heel schoon, ik vermoed dat er ook geen andere gasten aanwezig waren. Ontbijt was betalend, een beetje verassend voor een b&b. Daar hebben we dan ook geen gebruik van gemaakt. Er is een bakkerij/tearoom op wandelafstand. Ook handig openbaar vervoer naar Gent centrum op ongeveer 700m afatand. Algemeen ok, maar voor de prijs en het feit dat ze zich adverteren als B&B had het ontbijt erbij mogen zijn, zelfs tijdens de Gentse Feesten

Eerste keer B&B. Altijd een beetje gemeden. Maar de eigenaresse van de rosehouse is een hele lieve host. Ik zal haar en hey huis zeker in gedachte houden voor een volgende tussenstop of een dagje Gent.

Convenient guest house just off the highway

Very friendly and traditional building. Practical and ultra convenient when travelling across Europe. I paid for a single room which was cozy with great tv entertainment and a well-stocked mini bar if needed. Shower/Toilet facilities where very clean. Breakfast was offered but I had too leave early.

Place is nice but absolutely not to recommend for a business stay. The room was really noisy and lightly, you can hear almost everything in the house and the dog was yelling a lot. Definitely not to recommend if you are looking for something quite.
