It was aiming to be a boutique B&B but failed, dangerous stairs to access, bare light bulbs some not working, no air conditioning, not clean or updated.. in general disappointing and not as portrayed on the website

Very nice room, great bed and Leonard is a really nice guy! The available parking space was handy too.

Good and Eclectic

Leonard met us and gave us a warm welcome to his palace. We then spent a wonderful two nights there. Each room is fabulously designed with home made artwork and decoration. There are a lot of little extras that Leonard offers like Kayak rental or his home crafted Vermouth. Good if you want an interesting place to stay above and different from the norm of just a place to sleep.
