So I contact Expedia not knowing that it was an AI. Promised to get us another room, but I had to pay for it for that night or not well as the time was 3:30 in the morning when she made the reservation, she made it for the following night, which would be checking in on the fourth after 3 PM. "The floor throughout the room including the bathroom was nasty. It took forever for my shower water to get warm enough to tolerate. I heard people talking ALL night. People were hanging out all evening drinking and leaving beer bottles outside."

"The rooms were well appointed and clean. Nice white bedding. Hair dryer included. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and dining area was exceptional. All the people who worked there were hard working, very friendly and efficient. I keep coming back."

"Had a first floor unit. Was awakened throughout the night by guests talking loudly outside my front door and by a woman coughing uncontrollably while smoking at 6AM and 7AM. The walls are quite thin. Also, the curtains did not close properly (closest to the front door) so people walking by my room could easily look in my room. Other than that, the room was clean, bed was comfortable and the coffee in the lobby was awful. Staff was pleasant. Rate was average for a hotel like this. If I stayed here again, it would be on the 2nd floor away from foot traffic."
