Me and my family have waited more than 1 hour in Orbi City hotel. Hotel reception said these rooms belong to some other owner and i have to call him to come to reception with room keys. "This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY"

"　ほぼ新築物件で､いわゆるデザイナーズアパートであるけれど､デザインに凝るあまり使いにくさが目立つ。 　まず、ワークスペースとして使えるテープ周りに電源がない、テレビはアンテナ接続がなくYouTube等を自分のアカウントで見る以外使えない。 　さらに､キッチンと洗濯機はあるけれど洗剤はないので買ってこなければならない。 　一応駐車場ありとなっているけれど､路上駐車のみ。駐車の際にスタッフが立ち会ったけれど、何も合図しないため少しぶつけた。 　最後に､コーヒーカップを割ったら１２００円取られた。少し高すぎる気がした。"
