"Being met by no human being, only seeing them through a kiosk screen was very unnerving, I hate this. Seriously, I'll avoid places that have these installed (except for after hours use). I got the jacuzzi suite, so I assumed our room would be on the first floor. No. 3rd floor. Also, there was no elevator. I haven't climbed stairs in over 10 years, and I can't believe i made them up and down the stairs twice. I'm young and look healthy, but my hips and a knee have been replaced. I have no business on stairs. The jacuzzi was AMAZING! It was so clean, I get so grossed out with the thoughts. In fact, I'm very happy with the shape the room was in- very clean. "

"We chose to stay there for indoor pool and hot tub. Hot tub was not open and indoor pool was freezing. No towels in pool room. Then our room the water spout in shower was falling off and door handle was broke"

"Dirty hotel, smelled extensively of cigarette smoke. Front desk charged an extra $10 (specifically in cash) because I booked online -also initially didn't want to give me a receipt for this extra charge. The tv also didn't work. It would come on and pull up the guide, but if you selected a channel, it would just sit there with a black screen until it shut itself off after a few minutes. If I had known the state of the hotel and that they were going to arbitrarily jack up the price I would have spent that extra money on any other hotel. If you're traveling and thinking of picking this place because you're strapped for cash, just be aware they are going to take more from you for a terrible experience."

" So I mistakenly set the date online of 7th to 8th thinking it was for the same day (6th-7th) Called the property to try and push up the original 7-8 date to 6th-7th since I needed the room that day since I was in town they said they couldn’t but I could purchase the room for that day and they’ll add it to my current already booked day tomorrow (7-8) I reluctantly did then they asked did I have pets. I told them yes, dogs. They then told me of a pet fee of$100(refundable) per and $25 (non refundable) per pet… (so I end up paying an extra $175 for a $80 room). For 1night. Bed was like it had been infested with bugs. Room didn’t even have the remote controller for the tv. Morning of the 7th comes and I think everything’s ok.NO. Try call and pound on the door wondering when I’m checking out. I’m thinking they’ve added to my original date booked online… nope. it’s 11:30 a.m… they then tell me i need to pay again for the pet fee ($170) otherwise I gotta check out by 12 otherwise I forfeit the $100 I paid the day before. So I rush to just get away from there… I’m STILL trying too get refunded for a day I was unable to use… (7th-8th)"

"AC was broke. At 2am could not take it any longer they moved us to another room however system was down but they got us in another room. Staff was great property was kinda run down not staff fault needs money invested in new carpet etc."

"The hotel had very good prices and the location was wonderful as it was close to alot of things, loke restaurants and shops. We opted for two queen beds even though it was just my wife and I. The bed was somewhat stiff but definitely not horrible. Yeah had a room on the very top floor in a corner and the only setback we had was a family that was exactly right next to us in the small closed off area kinda and they were just kinda of in and out over and over nonstop and they also had a dog with them that either had seizures or something because 4 times over the two days in the middle of the night it was screaming like it was hurt, but know it wasnt cause our dog jad them when he was a puppy but this dog was older. Other then that the hotel and staff was really nicely kept and friendly so definitely would stay there again when in the area."
