"The General Manager Sushma Baral Dahal and the whole Napoleon staff are very pleasant,polite and kind they will do everything in there power to make you feel like you are at home. All the men and females working house keeping much appreciation for all you do to make your visitors stay here nice. For a short stay or long stay I would recommend, I had an extended stay for a work assignment and my stay was great. Loved my view from my room right across from mall."
