Spotelssly clean shared facilitiea. Decent shower and very comfortable bed with crisp white sheets. Franceaco is a great host happy to help with carrying luggage up to the appartment which is on the fourth floor. His cat is very friendly and even though no air conditioning big windows to open and Franceaco provided a fan. Kettle and fridge avaiable if required. Coffee and ice cream shops just below appartment fantastic!

Amazing!

Exceptional. The location could not be better. When have you ever stayed in a XIII building? Here’s your chance. Yes, it’s a steep climb with suitcases, but Francesco helped! And yes, you have to climb up and down, but it’s a great workout, plus you get to admire all the old doors in the building and marvel the staircase that folks have been using for several centuries. You are also located right next to an amazing cafe which serves the most delicious coffee and pistachio croissants (yes it’s the best in Genoa). Also, take your host’s recommendations to visit nearby attractions. You won’t be disappointed and they are not in any guidebooks. So go and enjoy Genoa frozen in time with its little carruggie and be surprised. This place is magical.

Nice neighbourhood, but apartment was little bit hard to find. Rooms were really minimised and mirthless. They didn't have anything extra. Apartment owner lived at the same apartment. Everything went ok.

Assolutamente sconsigliato…. Ho effettuato la prenotazione ben un mese prima dal soggiorno e all arrivò non c’era la camera disponibile lasciandomi alle ore 24:00 fuori alla ricerca di un nuovo alloggio .

A 100% recommendation

Francessco is a super nice host who is alwalys open to help. The location of this apartment couldnt be better, in a few minutes everything important can be reached. The apartment is also very clean and quiet although its in the middle of the historic (city) center and looks exactly like in the pictures. Summarized I would say we had one of the best experiences with Francesscos Apartment and Genoa. Would recommend 100%!

Palazzo storico al centro

Abbiamo visitato Genova e i dintorni soggiornando 3 notti in questa struttura collocata al centro della Genova Antica, apprezzando così i suoi palazzi storici e i tipici negozi sparsi tra i carrugi. Eravamo anche a due passi dell'acquario. La camera era ampia, il letto comodo, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie a questa centralità ci siamo goduti un soggiorno tranquillo e comodo. La stazione FFSS è raggiungibile con l'autobus oppure, per chi non ha problemi, anche a piedi. Siamo stati a Genova varie volte ma una soluzione così comoda per gli spostamenti ci ha permesso di ottimizzare il nostro soggiorno. Grazie Francesco per l' ottima accoglienza. Lo consiglio a tutti. Attenzione, la struttura è situata al 5o piano senza ascensore, per noi andava bene e subito eravamo stati avvisati di ciò, ma non è adatta a chi ha problemi di deambulazione

Soggiornare presso Old Town Affittacamere significa immergersi nella storia di Genova. Ogni scalino ed ogni finestra parlano della vita e della reale struttura della "Superba". Consigliatissimo anche perché da qui si può girare tutta Genova a piedi senza perdersi un solo scorcio. In più il proprietario è gentile e disponibile e i locali sono pulitissimi.

Cozy place! Viihtyisä huone!

Really nice place to stay even longer time. Three persons room was big, clean and renovated. Todella mukava paikka useammaksikin yöksi. Ainakin kolmen hengenhuone oli tilava juuri remontoitu erittäin siisti ja saimme olla omassa rauhassa! Pieni yhteinen jääkaappi plussaa ja portaat otimme kuntoilun kannalta, suosittelen!

Pour visiter le centre historique de la ville, la chambre est idéalement située. Elle est bien équipée : plus de 6 prises électriques, bonnes lumières, cintres en suffisance, Wi-Fi, et une TV (que personnellement je n'ai pas utilisée). La propreté est parfaite. Les seuls désagréments, faibles, sont inhérents au bâtiment ancien dans lequel elle se trouve : 4 étages sans ascenseur (il faut monter les bagages à l'arrivée !) ; salle d'eau et WC partagés avec une autre chambre (cela ne m'a pas gêné, n'ayant jamais été en concurrence au même moment avec un autre hôte) ; comme la chambre, cette salle est aussi parfaitement entretenue.

We enjoy the place and its location is fab! Francesco is very helpful and provided info like near by restaurant and beach. Room is clean and well organised. We would definitely recommend to people who want to stay in central of Genoa. Also it is close to walk to both train stations so convenient to travel around. We love it!
