"Positives: Hotel and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Two bedroom suite was spacious. Very convenient location.
Cons:
1) Careful with pre-arrival check-in. Keys were ready when we got there and check-in was quick, but our room was given away while we were there. Fortunately, it was during the day and we were in the room when this occurred. Front desk did correct the booking problem.
2) Our floor (3rd) was quiet, but heard people/children walking/running in room above us. Try to get 4th floor.
3) Rooms are not cleaned daily. Not a problem, but should have been communicated.
4) Hotel is next to an HVAC business (north side by main parking lot), which tends to be very loud (sounds like banging of metal) sometimes late into the evening and early morning. Employees worked til almost 11:00 pm one evening and started around 6:30 am the next morning."
