"I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. "I loved the property and the fact that it is nearby all the wonderful beaches like Morjim, Mandrem and Arambol. I booked a premium double room which had a pool view. The property is clean, lush green and has great staff.Transport (taxi/two-wheeler) can be arranged at the reception desk within 5 minutes! Breakfast is also tasty and their room service is also quick. I stayed here for 5 days with my parents and it was worth the money I spent."
