"This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. "When we booked we were told there was a restaurant and bar open year round only to find there was no restaurant at all. We were then told we could get food from the bar but then told it was very limited to what we could actually get. Some employees were very friendly and others not so much. The rooms are trying a bit too hard to be hip and trendy.The area of Naples the hotel is in was surprisingly dirty, even given the reputation of the city for its trash issue. If I were going to be spending more time in Naples itself, I might find a different neighborhood, even if the hotel itself was nice. "

"We only stayed here for a brief overnight since we had to leave early in the morning, but my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We weren't able to eat breakfast there since we had to leave early for the airport but the staff were very helpful in packing up items to eat on the drive there. I would definitely stay here again!"
