"Susan that checked us in was awesome, we were staying 4 nights, asked for every other day cleaning. Checked in on a Sunday so expected cleaning on Tuesday, didn’t get it, so we went and had to ask for towels when we returned that evening, which the staff at the desk were very apologetic.
