A wonderful stay! We had a great time at this hotel. Everything was spotless, very clean, and neat. The owners are lovely people – incredibly kind and always ready to help. On top of that, they served delicious local breakfasts that we absolutely loved. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

This was probably the cleanest Guest house/ Hotel I have ever stayed in. Close to city centre with plenty of restaurants close by also right next to a supermarket. Would highly recommend for anyone on a budget.

Although it was hostel, the room had a private bathroom. Only thing was the shower has no divider to toilet. So, the floor gets wet after the shower. The owner couple was very nice and hospitable. We were a big group, so it was nice to have a dinning room to hangout.

Great Gangneung stay!

We had a wonderful budget stay with 8 family members. Enough space for social time, good breakfasts and hosts. Gangneung has a lot to offer, the local markets, churches, historical buildings plus lots of good eateries nearby & over the seaside. Just keep your eyes open. We don't speak korean but everyone was friendly & helpful. Bus access is nearby though we drove mostly as a group. Just be mindful that you may need to stay out between 1000-1500 for it's cleaning time.

Super nice and clean

Express stay, but it was super nice, clean and comfy. The lady and mister that received us were super kind. We didn't try the breakfast because he had to leave early but they offered it too. Really really nice! 💛

Super nice and clean!

The place is very clean, the lady and mr. are so nice and they follow the covid regulatory process as for temperature check and writing name and number. The location is just regular, but if you have a car or take a taxi you can easily move to the beach, bus station, and train station. This was our second stay in this place, the lady remembered us and was very kind. I definitely recommend this guesthouse.

Great host family and great breakfast. Really kind and helpful hosts (although their English ability was very low). Beds weren't that comfortable from a Western style (they are Korean style hard beds). Everything else was fine. Location is convenient (near the KTX train station).

객실과 화장실, 침구와 수건 등 모두 흰색으로 무척 깨끗해요. 주인내외분도 친절하시고 게스트하우스가 전반적으로 시설이나 운영이 관리가 잘 되고 있는것 같습니다. 조식은 양도 적당하고 구성도 좋습니다. 알려주신 여행지 정보도 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 강릉을 여행하는 여행객에게 추천합니다. ^^

객실이 청결해서 집같아서 너무 좋았는데, 청결100% 조식 훌륭, 밖에 간단히 마실수있는 술집도 가까이있더라구요. 근데.... 자려고 누웠을때 웅웅 거리는 실외기 진동??? 같은거때문에 저는 바닥에서 잤어요 ㅠㅠ 2층침대에서 더욱 울리더라구요 에어컨을 켜기엔 춥고,창문을 여니, 도로에서 들리는 차소음이 새벽내내 있더라구요... 에어컨 싫으신분들은 휴대용선풍기 지참하세요 다음에 100% 재방문 계획이 있는데... 그땐 다른층하고싶더라구요. .위치때문에 소음이 있나싶어서...

4명 가족이 단란하고 깨끗한 호스텔을 경험해보고싶어 예약했는데 생각한대로 대만족이었다. 일단은 침구가 깨끗하고 화장실이 아주 깨끗했다. 주인분들이 친철했는데 특히 큰아이가 배가 아펐는데 주인분이 차가운 매실차를 타주셔서 큰도움이 됐다. 간단하지만 호스텔에서 제공해주는 아침식사도 아주 만족스러웠다. 다음에 다시 한번 방문해보고싶은 곳이다.

手作りのお茶とスープがおいしい

仲の良いご夫婦が運営されているゲストハウスで手作りの木蓮の花のお茶やビーツのお茶を淹れてくださって韓国語で一緒におしゃべりして楽しかったです。朝食のじゃがいものスープとカボチャのスープもとてもおいしくて、いちごなどのフルーツと目玉焼き、食パン。駅からはカカオタクシー利用。とても寒い日だったのでお部屋が少し寒く感じましたが、オンドルで床は温かく、静かで過ごしやすかったです。鏡の前にテレビがあって、鏡が見えなかったので、シャワールームの鏡を利用しました。

Eenvoudig maar geweldig pension bij het centrum

Keurig en uitmuntend verzorgd pension vlak buiten het commerciële centrum (op loopafstand of met de bus eenvoudig te bereiken). Het echtpaar dat het hier runt is ontzettend aardig, en maakte iedere ochtend een geweldig Koreaans ontbijt voor me. Werkelijk een fantastisch verblijf; simpel, maar zeer schoon en keurig verzorgd. Ideaal voor mijn bezoek aan Gangneung. Van harte aanbevolen!
