Very clean room and quiet location. Very close to the beach and Sewell, literally across the street! Morning coffee and a light breakfast is included. This is a great option if you want a clean room and bathroom and across from beach without spending a ton on the room. The front desk staff is also very nice! Also great AC in our room!

The room was clean and the location was perfect. The elevator had quirks which nobody told us about , you learn from the other guests . The food was ok but no yogurt for Breakfast . Waffles and toast some cereal . The drinking water was scary ! Plastic fruit why ? Add a real orange spend A buck ! Overall ok get an uber you can’t trust their service to the cruise terminal , it’s just Staff and their private cars . 15 dollars per person for maybe 8 blocks

Room was clean. The gentleman up front staff is rude and unhelpful. Took hour and half to get the tv fixed by front staff. My wife called twice, and then I had to call once. Then the waffle maker mix nozzle broke. Unfortunately, things wear out. Surprised that they didn’t have an extra piece for the battle to come out. It’s a hotel , this get broke and they should run it like a business. Unfortunately, they weren’t Americans my nature. Maybe, this is why is run like this. Have a great day!

Room had dirty towels and soap. Only 2 towels provided for 3 people. No hand towels or wash clothes provided. No blankets on bed. AC leaked alot. Website does not indicate there's a parking fee for guests. Pool appeared very dirty. Parking lot in disrepair. Breakfast room dirty, there was waffle batter on counters and floor. Waffle batter thinned to point of not cooking through. Waffles tasted as though lime juice added. Inedible. Orange juice spoiled. Coffee cups too small for lids. No fruit offered, not much offered for breakfast. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

It was not even as nice as a Motel 6. Rooms were small. The beds were made up but they didn't change the sheets. Blood spots and semen rings. And they tried to drop off new sheets expecting me to change them. The outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach was broken. The pool was green. The only good about the hotel was it's location. Right across the street from the beach at a crosswalk.

They had really good Wi-Fi you need to pay for the Wi-Fi I love her pregnant ways the pool is clean very clean and the breakfast was good I just wish they had more they mostly just have waffle makers and cereal and juice that's probably about it oh and Brad and jelly and a croissant but that was about it I wish they didn't have the eggs and bacon and stuff but they didn't but other than that it was good it was great it was awesome it was right next to the store go to the store without dirty in our car with sand. The people there work there were nice helpful. Did you have to pay $15 per day for parking that's something I did not like honestly I think they should have made it worried you could park there without making the pay just to get sticker showing that you have a room without making me pay for the sugar so $60 from mon through friday

Id like to start off by saying the property looks like crap compared to the online pics. The property is not taken care of and the pool is green all the time , there are only sheets on the bed , the blankets are in the closet and they are thin. They do not clean your room and u must return towels or sheets to get new ones at the front desk. There were only two towels and thats it. No wash rags stepping towels . The rooms are clean I will say that. Customer service sux. There is a $15 parking fee per night that was not disclosed to us. We couldn't even park in the parking lot it was to full. We heard customer after customer go in and complain and everyone was met with rude staff. , definitely not worth the money!!

About the only good thing at this hotel was its location and the ac in our room was already waiting for us after a hot day at the beach. The things I didnt like about it was the appearance from the outside appeared run down. The was no shampoo in the shower and the conditioner was broke. The bed is sitting on a flat frame making the bed really hard and uncomfortable. Oh and I didn't like the fact that there was a hold on my card even tho I prepaid in advance. This hotel apparently charges its guest a $15 non refundable parking fee as well which is ridiculous in my opinion. The continental breakfast only had waffles cereal and toast, no eggs or protein included. Next time ill pick a different hotel.

We checked in late due to a travel issue. The person working the desk was helpful for check in. Once we were in, the help stopped. We booked 3 rooms. None of them had soap. There were things like socks and food wrappers left in two of the rooms. One room had 3 towels, one had 1 towel, and one had none(they did give us more the next morning at front desk when we asked). One room had mold on the shower curtain and cockroaches. We were told no other rooms available due to holiday weekend. The toilet in one of the rooms was backed up with stool and urine still in it. When we asked for help, we were given a plunger (to plunge some strangers waste-gross) We were told we could not get a refund and move somewhere else. Everything was either broken or out for the breakfast. There was one big positive…you walk across the street and your toes are in the water and that’s what we came for

I rarely leave reviews, but do read them. When I booked this "wyndham property" I didn't think there was any reason to need to look at reviews. I booked a non-ref rate and then looked at reviews a few days before we left, looking for photos of the layout of our 'executive suite'. The reviews were terrifying, but it was non refundable so we packed pillows, sheets, blankets, towels and washcloths and prepared for the worse. At checkin the lobby was cool and clean, the location was fantastic. We received suite 240 and it was spacious and mostly clean. Some rust and such, but nothing concerning. The room was warm, but AC was set on 85 so we turned it to 72 and left for the evening. We came back after 11 pm to find the room didn't cool and never got below 77 degrees. I tried to take a shower only to find there was absolutely NO hot water. We only had one towel, but we had our own, and no one else wanted a cold shower anyways. The pool was unusable, which sucks when it's 100 degrees outside and salt water is your only option, but luckily had family at another hotel down the road. Breakfast was ok, basic waffles and cereal. We didn't eat here. I would NOT book again. You need AC and a way to cool off AND to clean off after a day at the beach/pier. Don't stay here.

The property is in a lovely location with ready access to beach. The room was a nice size. Extra pillow had no pillowcase and was stained. No extra sheets in room for pullout bed. When I asked, they questioned if I had already received some and gave me one flat sheet. No extra blanket or pillowcase. Coffee pot was in cabinet. There was no coffee in room. Empty body wash bottle in bathroom. No shampoo bottle at all. Breakfast is pitiful. Seems old. Not enough cups out. Nothing is refilled. Pool was dirty and green. Pool furniture falling apart, outdoor pool shower not working Rooms are not very well cleaned. Parking is $15 but you are not given a tag, saw people parking from beach. For free. Would not stay again.

Upon check in the staff were courteous. Getting to my room on the second floor I had to take the poorest maintained elevator (the only elevator), and upon entering into the room, it was nothing special. Appears clean but the floor was dirty, the running water in the sink and bath was yellow, and they almost refused to give me more towels before my husband insisted. Family of 4 was expected to use 2 bath towels. Definitely not worth the over $200 price tag for the night. Lots of other places with nicer amenities and better customer care. Do better Wyndham.

Parking lot was in bad shape and filthy. Room shows its age, was lacking bath towels and bath mat, had dead bug smashed on wall in bathroom, and there was a pair of men's underwear (dirty) in the closet from a previous guest. Shower drips constantly. Bed was comfortable and ac was fine.
