The location, views of the old city and staff were excellent! The property itself was dated, but clean. We received parking advice from the front desk and that was very helpful. We arrived for breakfast at 0900 but it was done for the day. This website indicates that breakfast was until 0930 so we were disappointed to miss it.

Where do I start? Let’s just say if you don’t absolutely HAVE to book this hotel, then don’t! From the moment we got there it had been nothing but a headache. They posted online that parking is included, which is not. We had to park our cars near the sidewalk, get out to check with them only to be told that there’s a parking lot nearby and we have to pay $30 euro per day to park. Then once parked check in took 45 minutes. Finally when we got to our room it smelled like mold but we were so tired at that point we just slept. Woke up went to the beach and came back the room smelled rotten!!! We spent 15 minutes in that room to change and I already needed my inhaler to breathe so again we went to the front desk to request a room change. We were told the hotel was “fully booked”…we stood there for an hour trying to explain to them that the room we are in is a health hazard. They sent people up to smell and all agreed it was terrible and they still wouldn’t give us a room claiming it was all booked. They offered to give us another room in a sister hotel 15 min away. We told them we are traveling the family and they are all here. Anyway finally they “magically” found a room for us. We moved our stuff only to find out the air conditioning was not working so we slept in 29 c all night. Woke up to be told we must move again since that room was booked for that day. In 3 days we moved 3 times… Absolutely ridiculous no customer service, they will lie to your face. Outdated everything.

Hôtel très bien situé juste avant le pont qui accède au centre historique. Personnel peu aimable. Chambre très spacieuse mais cuisine HS sauf le frigo. SPA payant. Petit déjeuner moyen. Parking gratuit dans une rue derrière l’hôtel. Je le conseille pour son emplacement c’est tout.
