"They charged me for an “upgrade” which had a kitchenette and in the better building closer to the gym and pool. The room smelt muggy and stale and there were holes in the walls and the ottoman had tears in the fabric. There was hair on the ceiling of the washroom and filth on the couch. It was quite alarming I didnt even want to take off my shoes. There was no room change as it was late perhaps but I was alarmed at the state of the place and the photos I saw online were not like what I expected and received as a room. Gross."

"Very rude staff. Our first room had a very strong and unpleasant odour. I asked about being moved to a new room. At first the employee was hesitant and rolled her eyes at me as she didn't want to upgrade me to a different room. Once she realized she could put me in a worse room than originally assigned, she literally tossed the keys at me. The new room smelled better but was very loud. On a positive note, the included breakfast was good."
