"I had a room on first floor by lobby, so it was loud from people in the lobby and the air conditioning/ heater unit made such a loud chugging noise you could not seep if it was on. So, I didn't get to sleep till 3am, so I overslept and missed breakfast. It only wentbtill 930, which seemed early for a sat morning. It was not worth the money, it was like twice as much as any other hotel, but definitely not worth twice as much."

"We arrived to a surprise free upgrade to a king bedroom with whirlpool tub in the room! Free breakfast each morning was delicious and had a great variety -pancales, eggs, potatoes, cereal, pastries, breads, coffee, juice etc. The pool and HUGE hot tub were beautiful! The giant desktop bell is super fun! The property is very well maintained, clean and has a woodsy, rustic feel!"

"There were cockroaches in our room! The staff didn't seem surprised and the manager advised me he would comp me $50 for my room but only credited me for $30. We saw them early in the morning around 6am on our last day and had to pack our stuff and leave immediately without showering or sleeping in before checkout. I won't stay at another one of these hotels again nor book through Expedia.com as when we tried to cancel one of the rooms originally, expedia wanted to charge us the same amount for one night (and more) than if I just kept the two nights as it was considered a re-booking. Just an overall frustrating experience."
