When we arrived there was some awful family entertainment. At first we found it funny but after finally finding our room (nothing like the photos but was clean) via a hand drawn map (which was not accurate and unprofessional) we tried to get some food. Getting anything done after 10pm is not possible. We took some wine by the pool to get away from the 'entertainment', we then we had some Italian singer wailing his head off so we tried to get a taxi to escape to the marina. The staff had to look in a folder for taxi numbers. I've never seen that before! No luck, so we stayed and suffered.
The next day was no better. Breakfast ends at 10am. We got there at 10am and got yelled at for trying to grab a bit of bread and a coffee despite other people still finishing their breakfasts. We couldn't wait to get out of there! The special plastic wristband that grants you access to the pool was 20 euros extra but they consider it as 'included'. It's obligatory to pay for it and even though we didn't use the facilities, they wouldn't reimburse us.
We tried to get a taxi. No joy! One of the staff offered to take us in the complimentary shuttle. I showed him the map 3 times, said the name of the marina 6 times (it felt necessary) and showed him the address. He took us in the wrong direction. The pool staff weren't even sure if the large commercial centre was 'there'. The large pool that you see in the photos is not in walking distance in the heat.
