"The hotel was nice - it looked recently renovated - and it was clean. A few little things were frustrating: no cleaning unless you asked for it, no luggage racks in the rooms, no ice buckets in the rooms, the elevator started breaking down on our last day, and the front desk were not super friendly or helpful when we checked in. We actually asked one of the staff for directions to Disneyland, meaning the direction to walk, and he curtly responded "walk." :-("

"This is our favorite hotel! The staff is absolutely fantastic, they are responsive and always helpful. My daughter has trouble walking and they go above and beyond to help us. The coffee is hot, fresh and delicious. The pool is relaxing. Can’t wait for next year. Best place stay!"

"My recent stay at Citizen M in LA was fantastic. It has been my best experience with a hotel yet. Everything was superb to the staff, building and rooms. Very modern and cozy, perfect for one or two people. The only thing I would recommended is a bin shoot in the corridor as the bin inside the hotel room is extremely small. I loved my stay here. Highly recommend."
