This property was smaller than the SG Residence Hakata, but the experience was good. The Balcony View is a nice and the trains were very close but did not keep us up at night. The downside is the filters on the A/C were filthy. I had to clean them because two of my persons have allergies and the dust was terrible. The A/C units looked as if they had not been cleaned in months. The dishes were dirty, so I needed to was dishes before I could cook anything. The cleanliness was the reason I could not give a Excellent review. However, the place is simple to enter and exit. The instructions for remotes and tv are in multiple languages. The fridge can hold groceries. Laundry place around the corner from the residence.

是連住四晚的 房間有異味，第一天有開窗通風， 以為氣味會逐漸消散，到第二天氣味仍在，查找之下發現是抽油煙機的濾網沾上厚厚的黃色油煙，連續四晚整個房間都是隔夜烤肉味。 床墊太殘舊，嚴重塌陷，感覺是睡在不同程度鬆散的彈弓上 衛生情況也不理想睡完皮膚第二天有痕癢 洗衣機太舊，外殼有大塊生鏽痕跡，洗洗下自己停頓， 惟有轉手洗 優點： 位置方便

全般的には問題なく宿泊できたが、以下の点は気になった。 ①送られてきたメールを読んでも、入館方法が分かりにくい。 ②チェックイン時に、室内の冷房により、レンジフードが著しく結露し、水滴が台所と床を濡らしていた。レンジフードには結露のためと思われる黒カビが発生していた。窓や壁も結露が発生していた。布団は基本的には清潔感があるものの、冷房による結露のため、湿気を含んでいた。 ③天井の照明の電球のうち２つは正常に点灯しなかった。 ④テレビのリモコンが異常動作をしていたため、電池を抜いて停止させた上で、テレビ本体のスイッチで操作することを余儀なくされた。

概ね良好です…が

このホテルには何度か泊まっているので、部屋の状態や状況は分かってます。 敢えて言うなら、部屋によって入口の電子ロックが壊れていたりネットTVが無かったりするので、それらを改善して貰えたらより良く過ごせるかなと思います。 また、ハンガーの本数が極端に少ない部屋もあるのでそこも調整して貰えたら有難いです。 あと、難しい事だと思いますが乾燥設備(浴室乾燥とか乾燥機とか)が乏しく、一晩では洗濯した服が乾かない事が多いので…何かしら対策して貰えると有難いなと思います。

エントランスの入り方が分かりにくい

ホテルのエントランスの入り方がとても分かりにくく、何組もの人が中に入れず困っていた。キーのAの表示が消えている上、サポートの案内もAのキーの事を呼び出しボタンとの説明だったが、どこにも呼び出しという表示は無く、日本語もたどたどしくて、案内になっていなかった。チェックイン後の外出から戻られた方もエントランスから入らず苦慮していたので中から開けてあげるほどだった。 部屋の中にアイロンが無く十分な設備とは言えない。

다 좋았따

다 괜찮은데 교통이 약간 아쉽다. 하카타역까지 도보로 가능하지만 거리가 애매하다. 택시를 타게 된다. 숙소는 조용하고 좋다.

3인 가족이 머물렀으면, 최대 5명까지 지낼 수 있을 것으로 보임. 하카타역까지 도보 10분 쯤으로 약간 거리가 있는 편이나, 인근 식당과 편의점이 있어 나쁘지 않은 위치에 있음. 욕실과 화장실이 분리되어 편했음. 철도가 옆에 있어 시끄럽다는 후기가 있었으나, 크게 신경쓰지 않아도 될 수준이었습니다.

이 숙소는 세탁기를 반드시 점검해야 합니다.

숙소위치는 철길 옆이나 소음이 심하지 않다. 전반적인 숙소의 상태는 양호 했으나, 세탁기는 점검이 되지 않았으며, 거름망에 먼지가 정말 매우 많아 세탁기 사용 자체에 대한 의미를 모르겠다. 일반적인 호텔과 차별점이 세탁이 가능하다 인데 그 의미가 없었다.

男性者の下着が落ちており、女性5人で宿泊していたため気持ち悪かったです。駅までは少し歩きます。シングルベッドは中心に少し溝があり仰向けで寝ると腰が痛くなってしまうので横向きで寝ました。タオルも1泊分しか提供がなく(事前にお知らせがありましたが予約時はそう言った認識ではありませんでした)おそらくもう利用しません。
