"We stayed here in 2024 and my mother was so enamored with the property and the buffet breakfast that she insisted on staying here again this year. We were not disappointed! During this trip, I was able to spend more time exploring Solaria Plaza and the surrounding shops and was struck by how conveniently located it is. We will be back -- literally, we will be back next week after our visit to other parts of Kyushu this weekend."

"A very modern and stunning hotel locating at a friendly and beautiful neighborhood. Very helpful staff and they did recognized your Expedia grade! Room is comparatively spacious as compared to traditional Japanese hotel. A walkable distance to the Hakata Train Station and they do offer free parking !"

"Not worth the money. Shares a lobby with a pod hotel and has a hostel vibe. People sleeping in the lobby. Rooms are not sound proof and you can hear your neighbour cough. Staff and not very friendly. Would not stay again"

"The room was nice and bigger than I had thought . Kind of disappointed no bottle water in the room. We had a room on second floor and next to the elevator where I could hear people talking while waiting for elevator Also I need to complain about the bathroom. It smelt so bad and strong which made me sick !! I believed it was from the drainage. Hope they would notice and do something about it "

"Every is good only there isn’t drinking water available at the room floor. Every night we have to go down to the pantry to get water refill which is inconvenient. "
