Good location

Excellent location, room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Lots of amenities close by. Only exception is washing machine did not come with a dryer after washing the clothes.

I don’t have any massive concerns or praise for this hotel. I think it was perfectly acceptable for a stay in Fukuoka. As an American the facilities were very small for me (bed was small, the bathroom was very small, etc.) but at the end of the day, I was only at my hotel to sleep. That being said, the chair in the room was kind of gross and heavily stained, and the vanity in the bathroom was a little broken. That being said, they offered complimentary toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razors and cream, shampoo, etc.), slippers, and more. Overall, I had no issues here and would stay again. The self check in is a little intimidating but it wasn’t too hard to figure out.

Everything was fine except for the musty smell. When we turned on the heater, the smell got worse, so we turned it off. I think the air conditioning unit needs to be cleaned. It was also odd that when we left our suitcases before checkin, the receptionist just left them in the lobby and didn’t give us a ticket. She was nice enough to bring them up to our room after about 15 mins.

夜遅くに着いたら、フロント、は閉まっていて、メールに送られた暗証番号で、勝手にキーを取ることになっていました。 部屋は普通のワンルームマンション、多分ウィークリーマンションをホテル、に変えただけでした。 トイレも掃除されていませんでした。 値段には見合わない。

コンフォートツインでの利用。 マンションをホテル改造したような構造なので壁の薄いホテルよりも隣室の音が気にならないかもしれない。 今回はすべて外食だったがキッチン付きなので次回は自炊も楽しそう。 気になった点は以下。 ・洗面台のカランが固くて使いづらい。 ・浴槽の排水が心配になるレベルの遅さで時間がかなりかかる。 ・バスタブが小ぶりなので体格の大きな人は窮屈。 ・エアコンが省エネで自動運転停止（スタンバイ）になるみたい。猛暑日は外出から戻った時に切れてると暑いだろうなと思った。 ☆このサイトもホテルの公式ページでも電話番号が見つからずメッセージでの問合せだけだったのでハズレの予感しかなかったが（別な方法で電話番号は見つかったけれど）スタッフは常駐ではないですが時間内なら色々と気遣いしてくれます。 対応もフレキシブルで非常に好感度が高く良い滞在になりました。福岡市再訪時にはリピートさせていただく予定です。
