Location is very convenient as it is right next to train station exit opposite of bus terminal gate. Taxi stand is a few 100 feet away too. Hotel is older so don’t expect luxury

we are returnees to this property due to its location very near the Hakata station. We also loved the wonder fun breakfast buffet spread in the past bu unfortunately the selections have been altered and reduced. we are elderly and have some health issues but the hotel staff refused to call a cab to the hotel front to ease baggage loading, instead was told to take baggage to Hakata station and catch a cab there, did not provide or offer assistance. The distance to the Cab area aprox 150 yds and it was a difficult endeavor to shell 3 pcs of luggage that distance

Rooms were fairly larger than others that we stayed in the same area. The breakfast buffet, if purchased, had a lot of variety and above average. The convenience of being next to Hakata train station was very convenient for shopping, restaurants, the subway and trains

place is okay as a toyoko inn. dont expect beyond
overall location is fantastic but service was not so good. front desk did not provide complimentary breakfast vouchers until i was told i needed one the next morning. Also wasnt able to explain that there was a running taxi stand and we did not need to call a taxi when we requested them to assist in booking one. needed good understanding on japanese manners to understand front desk. will not recommend.

Unfortunately, the buffet breakfast, which featured an excellent selection of Japanese items, has been discontinued. Fortunately, the Deitos Annex across the taxi/bus parking lot has several restaurants that offer very good Japanese breakfasts for very reasonable prices.

Right next to Shinkansen station and subway. Large room, compared to other hotels at same price. Showing its age a little but bath, shower etc. all good. TV and internet connection average, charging facilities poor. But who cares when the room size is four or five times larger than the modern chain-style hotels. ♡

Great location! Literally next door to Hakata station. The property is slightly dated, but they will hold luggage for guests for up to a month, that was really helpful.

Good service but there is a fair bit of cigarette smell in the lift lobby of the hotel and room corridors which can be improved.

Hotel is conveniently located on the outside of the main entrance of Hakata station since we use the trains. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. They are dated. The staff was very well trained and courteous. I will stay again on my next visit. Solid 3.5 star hotel.

One Night Stay Before Flight from Fukuoka Airport
This hotel was conveniently located just outside of the Hakata train station and close to Fukuoka Airport, which was nice since we had an early morning flight the next day. It was also very close to lots of restaurants and shops, so we were able to get something to eat within a very short walking walking distance. The complimentary bottled water was very much appreciated, too. We would definitely stay here again if needed!
