It is far away from the city part but there is shuttle to pick you up from MT Fuji bus stop to the hotel (just need a phone call) Taxis are rip off there, be mindful"

"The residence was perfectly clean and spacious. Instructions to use all appliances and amenities were readily available and easy to use. Parking was a bit tight, but we had a larger vehicle, which was disclosed before we arrived. The circuit breaker for the WiFi and a few outlets triggered off once, but the panel to reset was easy to find and reset. We would certainly book this location again 10 out of 10 times. "Stayed for one night with a young family. Very easy 1min walk from station. Staff friendly and helpful. Was given a free upgrade to a room with Mountain view. The rooftop viewing area was sensational!! Room was pleasant, spacious and clean."

"The hotel was a bit difficult to find and access at first, but once inside, it was very clean, spacious, and located in a nice area. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was on point. However, the outdoor onsen didn’t appear very clean, so I didn’t use it. The biggest disappointment was the view of Mount Fuji. I booked this hotel expecting an unobstructed view based on the photos, but the view was restricted and not as advertised. Overall, it’s a decent and very clean hotel with great staff, but the lack of the promised Mount Fuji view was a letdown."
