"The evening staff when we arrived was not that welcoming, but I understand everybody has great and bad days and working late in the evening is not the easiest ever. The hotel looks a little old, and the bedroom smelled like old. We spent three nights and they never came to remove the trash. I understand about bed sheets, and towels, but not taking three days trash of a family of four with two kids that still wear diapers is a little too much. They could have paid close attention to details :) Breakfast was always the same, and always good :) the morning staff was helpful and kind. No complaints, my little girl wants to go back for her bday trip :)"

"The first thing that greeted us was the outside garbage container overflowing with garbage. Cleaning service personnel vaping as I walked by. The hallway carpeting was in great need to be vacuumed. "

"Rooms were very clean, bed was comfy, staff was great. Nice big lobby area with some games! Only downside was on our last night they were hosting 105 students! So needless to say it was very loud and you couldn’t enjoy the lobby area nor could you get anywhere near the breakfast in the morning!"

"Room was small but nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and informative. My only critique is that when I was looking for a place to stay in the area there wasn't anything about parking on their website. I ended up parking quite a ways away in a public parking lot to later being offered a parking pass for behind the building during check in. After a 13 hour day on my feet at work I chose not to return to my vehicle to repark. The place was nice, dead in the center of town. Just really thing they should have more info about the parking arrangements on their website etc - there is absolutely nothing on their website I could find about it."

"Breakfast was typical, waffles, eggs sausage,cereal,oatmeal, yogurt, toast. AC in room made a loud sound every 10 min, ended up turning it off. Entry light in room was flickering and sink drained very slow. Was quiet and bed was comfy. Nice charging areas by beds. Would stay again. "

"The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere."
