Went and asked for a different room and the bathroom countertops had burn marks from someone smoking, also had bugs on the floor. The sheets had stains on them. Ended up leaving the hotel right then.. Front desk clerk was very nice. "

"We were assigned a room that was messy; either not clean or someone was still there. We notified the front desk, and we were assigned a second room; one of the pillows had a big yellow spot; it was unpleasant. We checked out 2 hours after checking in. "
