Die Zimmer sind super, das Hotel ist sehr sauber durch das Hallenbad und dem beheizten Pool kann man bei jedem Wetter baden und nicht zu vergessen, dass sehr freundliche und hilfbereite Personal. Wir waren schon 4x in diesem Hotel und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Landhotel

Ein großes Hotel mit mehreren Gebäuden, wodurch teilweise längere Wege zum Restaurant etc zurückzulegen sind. Leider nicht überall barrierefrei. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön gestaltet, das Zimmer war groß und die Betten komfortabel. Der Außenpool ist angenehm groß und gut beheizt mit schöner Liegewiese. Das Wlan war im Zimmer sehr schlecht. Die Qualität des Frühstücksangebots bei Wurst und Käse könnte besser sein und die Auswahl um Fisch ergänzt werden ( 1 Tag gab es Lachs, 1 Tag Matjessalat). Der Service beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Allerdings ist der Service in dem Restaurant verbesserungsbedürftig. Da wir keine Halbpension gebucht hatten, bestellten wir das in der Karte angebotene Menu. Dabei warteten wir auf das Hauptgericht 40 Minuten und am nächsten Tag sogar eine Stunde. Auf unsere mehrfachen Nachfragen bei der Bedienung bekamen wir die Auskunft, es sei eine Hochzeit dazwischengekommen und es dauere eben. Beim Auschecken bekamen wir dann dafür als Entschuldigung ein Präsent. Das Hotel liegt in einem Bereich ohne Geschäfte oder Restaurants, daher ist man auf ein Auto oder den Bus - die Haltestelle ist direkt gegenüber - angewiesen.

Ganz tolles Hotel oberhalb von Friedrichshafen mit guter Busanbindung und sehr nettem, freundlichem Personal. Meine Freundin und ich waren in je einem Einzelzimmer untergebracht, das allen unseren Ansprüchen voll genügte. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir sind voll auf unsere Kosten gekommen und es war alles super lecker und sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Das Personal war überall extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Wellnessbereich/Schwimmbad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir beide können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub, dass wir sogar 2 Tage verlängert hatten. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker(viel Auswahl), die Anwendungen im Hotel wirklich ausreichend. Wir besuchten auch das Restaurant im Hotel, ist nur zu empfehlen. Die Gäste, die mit dem Öffentlichen hier her gekommen sind: Es gibt Busse und 20 min zu Fuß (toller Spaziergang) erreichen sie den Zug. Das Ringhotel Krone ist ein familienfreundliches Hotel.

Beautiful looking hotel. My only comment is the lack of elevator to reach my room. I had to carry my heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The floor where my room was situated requires stairs to get into as the elevator stopped on the floor above or below where my room was.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und man konnte das gute zwischenmenschliche Klima, auch unter den Mitarbeitern, wahrnehmen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es war sehr sauber und das Restaurant war ebenfalls hervorragend! Ich komme gerne wieder!

Good hotel, horrible hospitality

This hotel was very nice. The resort is beautifully laid out in an old German style and the room was very modern with a nice balcony. The pool and amenities were very nice as well. No complaints about the hotel itself. Despite this our stay at this hotel was not great. We came during the spring of 2021 so COVID was still a big factor. We needed to show a negative test on arrival and we had no problem with that. However, I was mistaken thinking the test could be within 48 of arrival, it needed to be within 24 hours and we were just 2 hours short. We were travelling by bike with a 2-year-old so you can imagine the inconvenience this caused. To say the hotel wasn't helpful is an UNDERSTATEMENT. The testing center was a 20 min bike ride away and it was clearly about to rain heavily. The hotel did not offer to drive us (even when I asked) and as we were riding in the pouring rain I remembered the hotel actually had COVID tests for their guests too but since we were only there only one night they refused to give it to us. Let me also mention we had gotten our vaccines at this piont too. We understand that government rules must be followed but they just seemed to want to make the experience as difficult as possible for us (and they succeeded). For this reason I will not be going back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially families.

On a passé un très bon moment en famille!

Belles prestations et dans la chambre et dans l’hôtel lui même. On a passé un très bon moment dans les piscines; dans le spas et le sauna de cet établissement. Le restaurant est beau et la nourriture est bien. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour se reposer. Il y a des installations nécessaires pour que les enfants se sent bien aussi. Parfait pour passer un agréable séjour en famille!
