Familie hotel. Pool is not very clean but big. There is a safe guard present. It is a big hotel and to liitle staff. If you want to an order a drink you have to wait 30 min. because there are to may guest and not enough waiters. Perhaps nice for family with kids but not for business

-Empty candywraps under the matras -Very, very small bathroom (You can even open the door fully) -No desk one could work on in the room, even though that was advertised - To end on a positive note: Breakfast was good.

Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Azado Steakrestaurant sind beide sehr lecker und gut. Ausgezeichneter Service im Azado! Das Classic Zimmer ist ausreichend und bietet genügend Platz. Jedoch war das Zimmer etwas staubig und wir hatten 2 Spinnen an der Decke. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! :)

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Hallenbad war gesperrt ( für einen Tag) und es gab vorher keine Info. War aber für eine gute Ersatzleistung gesorgt, was für eine sehr gute Organisation im Hotel spricht. Insgesammt - sehr zu empfehlen.

Katastrophal, wer auf 80ger Ostalgie steht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Service kaum vorhanden, alles auf auf Selbstbedienung, Personal unfreundlich, kein Lächeln, überfordert. Mein onkel bekam sein gebuchtes Zimmer im 7. nicht, Reservierung im Restaurant wurde versäumt. Am nächsten Tag fehlte Mittags die bestellte Blumendeko zur Geburtstagsfeier, wurde geliefert lag dann irgendwo im Hotel, kommentar im Restaurant... nicht unser Problem .... Danke für eine getrübte Feier ! Abendessen wieder im Restaurant... seit wann sind Kabelau mit Klöße eine Thüriinger spezialität. Überhaubt seltsame Gerichte, hat nichts mit Regionalität zu tun. Abends im Biergarten, unsauber , überall schmutzige Gläser , alles nicht sehr gastlich. Fazit ... Nie wieder... Dieses Hotel war eine Zeitreise in die FDGB zeit ....Schlimm Schlimm Schlimm

Bei der Sauberkeit müssen wir leider einen Punkt abziehen. Es gab ein paar Mängel, allerdings kam uns das Hotel Personal sehr entgegen und hat uns direkt ein anderes Zimmer Angeboten. Für Kinder ist sehr viel geboten. Das Hotel Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl der Speisen waren ausreichend und für jeden etwas da.

Fint Hotel med håbløs balkon

Flot beliggende Hotel med en fantastisk udsigt. Desværre er udsigtsbalkon som hører til værelserne helt håbløse. De er små og mand kan kun se udsigten hvis man står op. Sidder man ned kikker man direkte ind i en jern stolpe.

Es war wunderbar. Ein Traum für Kinder, von Freibad, Spielplatz, Kino, Minigolf .... bis Hallenbad alles vorhanden was sich ein Kind so wünscht.

Top ausgestattetes Hotel - zum Wohlfühlen!!

Wir sind schon mehrfach im Ahorn Berghotel Friedrichroda gewesen und es ist ein bißchen so "wie nach Hause kommen". Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Das Angebot von Kino, Schwimmbad mit Wassergymnastik, Trimm Dich Pfad bis bequeme Betten gefällt uns sehr gut. Auch Wanderungen sind in der Nähe des Hotels super möglich. Die Halbpension lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Quirliges Urlauberhotel.

Es ist ein Urlauberhotel für Familien mit Kindern. Wenn es ruhig sein soll dann bitte ein anderes Hotel buchen. Für Vereine und Familientreffen geeignet.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, zu wenig Personal überall. Buffet Nachtessen eher für Kinder geeignet wie für Erwachsene, einfache Zimmer.

Saubere und große Zimmer mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht. Eine weichere Matratze war allerdings leider nicht zu bekommen. Immerhin wurde eine weitere Decke unter mein Laken befestigt. Das Restaurant war abends leider nicht mehr geöffnet, was blöd ist, wenn man erst um 19:30 Uhr hungrig ankommt. Richtig schlecht war allerdings, dass das Hallenbad in der Woche unserer Anwesenheit geschlossen war: wegen des Hallenbads hatten wir dieses Hotel ausgewählt! Wir wurden nicht vorab informiert und ein Entgegenkommen wurde uns nicht angeboten.

Hotel u.Frühstück ok, abe Abendessen lieber nicht…

Hotel schön gelegen mit eigenem Pool, Kino etc… die Zimmer klein und das Bad superklein. Der Service in den Restaurants ist sehr langsam. Zum Abendbuffet wird sehr zögerlich wiederaufgefüllt. Außerdem ist z. bsp. Das Gemüse nach meinem Empfinden nicht gewürzt, gesalzen. Sehr langweilig und Pfad… Das Buffet selbst war nicht der Knaller. Allerdings der Preis dafür. Mit 24 Euro pro Person passen Preis und Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht zusammen. Beim großen Thüringer Buffet sogar mit 33 Euro pro Person der absolute Kracher. Ich konnte diesen Preissprung gegenüber dem normalen Buffet nicht nachvollziehen. Da gehe ich lieber für 16 Euro zum Chinesen und genieße dort das Buffet mit besserer Auswahl und höherer Qualität der Speisen. Die Preise für die Getränke sind ebenfalls sehr hoch. 0,4 l Cola für knapp 5 Euro sind happig. Naja beim Essen und trinken gibts Verbesserungsbedarf liebe Hotelleitung. Das Frühstück ist gut mit großer Auswahl in guter Qualität. Das ist zu empfehlen!
