Check in was good and a pleasant warm welcome. However room was extremely hot with no option to adjust the temperature and coupled with thin walls (we could hear neighbours talk), made it a terrible night’s sleep. Reported the heat and the failing door lock the first morning befits going on tour. ...

Pleasant and comfortable rooms, although definitely not soundproof so bring your ear plugs. We liked the location, steps to Main Street where all the businesses are. I would have liked the staff to be a bit friendlier / warmer, especially the front desk staff, but I don’t have any major complaints. ...
