"We had a suite, it was very fairly priced, great to have the beds in one side and living space on the other… full kitchen and 2 bathrooms was very nice. The staff we incredibly friendly… like being welcomed by old friends.,, and they met every request quickly and with a smile … if I ever travel this way again I will definitely choose the Travelodge again"

"Never ever in my life had a worst hospitality experience than I experienced in this hotel . No access to TV programs other than News channel and Cartoon Network. I asked if theres any music channel of access to youtube , I was denied by the receptionist. Went inside washroom for a hot shower, again with a disappointment when water was chilling cold even after leaving the tap on for couple of minutes . Asked for a housekeeper around 8.30pm in the evening since I accidentally spilled water over the floor, I was astounded to know there was no housekeeper available after 7pm . Asked for water to make coffee using the Keurig machine , the receptionist asked me to use washroom’s tap water . The most irritating part was the loud unpleasant noise made by the heat pump that caused me a whole night of discomfort. This is ridiculous and made me feel worthless of the money that I spent for a relaxing vacation . Never ever recommend anyone to visit there ."

"The ski hill closed for the two days we were there to ski so therefore, we had no access to a restaurant because the restaurant at the hotel wasn’t open either. We quickly realized not having a mini fridge was inconvenient too."

"Our host and owner (Carmen) is courteous and welcoming. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. Her hotel is very clean and charmingly decorated. I loved the experience of being in an Inn that has been in operation since 1785. Being so close to the waterfront and downtown amenities was a plus as well. Will definitely stay here again! "
