"The escape was as peaceful and relaxing as advertised. The rooms were very private, and we loved the en-suite pool. Since the property is quite secluded, it’s ideal for couples looking to unwind rather than for those seeking nightlife or lots of activities. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and they can help arrange tours and excursions for you. We rented a car and enjoyed exploring Antigua on our own as well. Bring bug repellent, especially for the evenings. The food was excellent....

"My ocean view cottage was perfect. I was able to enjoy the sunrise every morning for my 1 week stay. The staff was very attentive to my needs from housekeeping to the restaurant staff. I can’t wait to return."

The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. "A great inn set within a historical location. Great amenities, restaurants and pool with boat service to all these and the nearby Galleon Beach. Loft room was spectacular with an amazing view of the harbor. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We can not wait to come back."

"Perfect place to unwind and recharge. The food and drinks were superb, and the staff were friendly. We had a wonderful couples massage. The entertainment was low-key and quaint. We highly recommend getting a bungalow with a plunge pool since the beach cabanas are in the sun by mid-afternoon."
