"After driving 7 hours & being out around town all day I just wanted to sleep. Directly after checking in I went to the room I was given and Found dog food, potato chips and crumbs all over the floor. Bed bug feces around the outlet and a dead bed bug on the floor and a smashed bed bug on the window sill. The room smelled musty and was outdated. The blankets in the cabinet looked used and unclean & there was a huge blood or vomit stain on the mattress. Wasn’t even there an hour before I checked out. They offered another room and I declined and decided to drive another 7 hours back home rather than taking bed bugs home with me. Getting ahold of anyone at the front desk is nearly impossible, 2 employees have said I was going to get a refund- haven’t seen anything yet. Will never return, thanks for absolutely nothing. "
