"I find it interesting that the daily rate fluctuates from day to day. The taxes is supposed to be made out to be the “norm” everywhere you go, but it’s ridiculous. They sent someone up and he jiggled the thermostat and unplugged the unit to get it working. It worked for about an hour and then we noticed it stopped working again, they sent him back up and he did the same thing. "The room was clean. However, there were missing soaps in the bathroom. We had to have the fridge replaced and adjusted twice. The first time, the door did not align and the fridge had to be replaced. The second time, the fridge was set to be like a freezer. Everything froze in the fridge. The room temperature went up to 30 degrees, and I had to call twice before someone would come to fix the problem. Standard amenities, such as a microwave, were only available if I paid extra for them."

The carpet did not look very clean, and the suite had many empty cabinets along with a large fridge, which felt a bit unusual.
