"Excellent Customer Service. I suggest the management should considering giving free water bottles. The cost will not be more than few cents per room. Offering water is considered good gesture. Difficult for a customer to check in then if its out of stock at lobby area, go out find a place to buy water bottles. "

"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "
