"The hotel is too far from anything to eat or shop and also is very hard and expensive to get transportation to go anywhere. You cannot repeat the breakfast and everything is charged apart, even the water. The reception does not work 24h and you are completely distant of anything if you need. "

"An amazing stay at Last Word. The attention to detail of the staff was outstanding and the small details really made our stay memorable. They understood our itinerary and helped us plan our days, making sure we made the most of our stay. The room was so spacious and homely. I would highly recommend this guest house! Perfect location and within walking distance to wine tram, restaurants and very short (and cheap) uber to local vineyards."

I just don't think the place is worth the price, and I can't understand why they would advertise this as a 5 star property.
