Great stay for families, quiet neighborhood close to lots of things, very walkable. We had a long layover so stayed the night and took the nearby train to the airport.

This was a wonderful property with all the amenities needed. Centrally located and easy access to train/subway. Check in was fast, but the man who checked me when was marginally rude at best. Still, the property was very nice.

Check in was fine although can't say we was amazed by the staff who seemed us turning up was a inconvenience. Room doesn't have real A/C you get a plug in unit which you have to open the door to put the exhaust hose thru. The unit is very noisy and unless you want to leave the room unlocked you can't leave it on to return to a cool room. Location is a little in middle of nowhere ok if you want a lot of walking. Current building site directly across the road very noisy from 8am. Ignore the sunbeds in the pictures we booked what we thought room that comes with the sunbeds and big outside area and got a meter wide balcony with 2 chairs.

Great location in a quiet section close to the Alte Oper. Could to most things, including the old town, zoo and river walk. The junior suite was clean and specious and the hospitality was impeccable. Martina at the front desk was an immense help helping navigate places to go and things to do.

Das Appartement entspricht leider nicht den Bildern auf der Website und ist ziemlich abgewohnt, besonders der Fußboden und die Küche haben bereits deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Im Bad war sehr viel Kalk, unter dem Küchentresen klebten Kaugummis, die Kaffeekapseln waren bereits benutzt. Der Herr an der Rezeption war leider nicht besonders kommunikativ oder zuvorkommend. Der Frühstückssnack war allerdings sehr gut. Die zentrale Lage ist auch super.

Leider passen die Fotos nicht ganz zu dem tatsächlichen Zimmer, aber der Service der Mitarbeitenden war top und wir haben eine gute Lösung gefunden. Die Möbel / Zimmer sind sehr alt, das Badezimmer leider wie im Krankehaus, die Hygiene im ganzen leider nicht gut. Dennoch eine gute Wahl wenn man Stadtnah wohnen möchte.

Sehr gute Familienwohnung

Wir (4 köpfige Familie mit Kleinkindern) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde sogar ein Kinderreisebett für unsere kleinen bereitgestellt. Wohnung war sauber. Krabbeln kein Problem. Alles was benötigt war vor Ort. Danke

Sehr zentral und super praktisch für uns, da wir mit unserem 1-jährigen Kind unterwegs waren - voll ausgestattete Küche und sehr viel Platz (wir hatten ein Upgrade zur Corner Suite bekommen ). Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Hotelteam. Könnte an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas modernisiert werden (z.B. Bad).

Selbst kochen in angesagt!

Wir wollten am Tag vorher Frühstück bestellen, mussten zwei Mal auf den Anrufbeantworter sprechen und wurden nicht zurückgerufen. So mussten wir ohne Frühstück das Hotel verlassen.

Das Zimmer stank nach Rauch

Bei der Ankunft und Abreise war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Ich müsste zehn Minuten auf dem freundlichen Security warten um rein gelassen zu werden. Das Zimmer war sauber. Und ruhig. Es hat leider die ganze Zeit nach Rauch gestunken trotz des offenen Fensters. Es gab kein ganzkörper Spiegel. Das Hotel als Die Welle zu bezeichnen ist verwirrend bei der Suche nach dem Hotel.

Unterkunft mit Wohlfühl-Potenzial

Rezeption nicht besetzt um 17:00 Uhr trotz telefonischer Voranmeldung, kein Hinweis auf Frühstücksmöglichkeiten, keine Vermittlung eines Parkplatzes durch die Dame an der Rezeption vorab. - Sehr freundliche Unterstützung durch die Dame der Gebäudeverwaltung, die alternativ bemüht werden musste. - Wäscheraum auf der Etage mit Waschmaschinen roch so brackig, dass man im Flur des Appartements noch belästigt wurde. - Modernes Zimmer, gute Küchenzeile, empfiehlt sich auch für längeren Aufenthalt in Frankfurt/Main. Lage direkt an der Alten Oper mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, was uns diesmal sehr entgegen kam.
