This property was spectacular. We were in the king suite, family of three with teenage son. We were able to arrive early, they held our bags while we walked around town, and let us in the room a full 4 hours early. they even set up the sofa bed for us. The room had a kitchenette and small fridge. It was great. Highly recommend the courtyard in the morning for breakfast - grab your food and coffee and grab a seat outside.

Everything about my stay was excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and I absolutely loved the location. Overall, our four-night stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Frankfurt was pleasant. The location was convenient, although the pillows could have been more comfortable. What concerned me was an unexpected €409 charge due to a duplicate reservation mistakenly treated as a fifth room. When I initially raised the issue, the staff could not explain the charge and only verbally promised a refund. It was only after I formally requested a written explanation and confirmation that the matter was properly addressed. Marriott eventually apologized, explained the error, and issued a full refund, which I appreciate. However, had I not carefully checked my credit card transactions, the error might have gone unnoticed. While our stay was generally satisfactory, I hope Marriott improves its reservation and billing procedures to prevent similar incidents.
