Günstiges Hotel für nur eine Nacht ok

Zentral, aber von der Umgebung sicherheitstechnisch katastrophal. Nicht für weibl Alleinreisende.Parken sehr teuer 22 €\Tag . Frühstück nicht genutzt.

Sehr Zentral aber die gegend nicht zu empfehlen

1 Übernachtung, Hotel läuft NICHT über den bekannten Namen *Residence* sondern über City Hotel, das sich neben an befindet (musste erstmal nachfragen) Sehr Zentral aber genau im Rotlichtfirtel, sehr viele Kneipen mit merkwürdigen Gestalten (für Frauen alleine nicht zu empfehlen) Zimmer zwar sehr groß aber müsste Renoviert werden (da Wasserschade im Badezimmer) und inder Zeit funktionierte der Fehrnseher nicht. Im Innenhof (soll Hotelparkplatz darstellen) treffpunkt für einige Leute anscheinend zum Trinken

Super geeignet für ein verlängertes Wochenende.

Egal ob einkaufen, ein Besuch im Zoo oder einfach nur die Stadt anschauen - alles ist super zu Fuß erreichbar. Als Paar hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Frühstück war super.

Prima hotel dicht bij het centrum

Prima hotel dicht bij het centrum, de buurt is wat minder, maar wij hebben daar verder niet zo veel last van gehad. Metro is om de hoek. Wel is aan te raden om een parkeerplaats te reserveren, want er zijn er maar en paar. Voor de deur mag je maar en uur parkeren. Grote kamer, en deze was netjes en schoon.

Schlecht

Straße zu laut, Bad Putz abgefallen, Schimmel , versprochene Schwimmbad Sauna Fehlanzeige, keine 3 Sterne Hotel , Mitarbeiter zum Teil kein Gruß, hätte lieber für 4 Sterne aber echte Sterne investiert. Frühstück war ok.

Zum Übernachten OK

Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das neuste und die Einrichtung dementsprechend bunt gemischt mit schon ein paar vielen Jahren auf dem Buckel. Sauber ist es durchaus, nur bei genauerem Hinsehen merkt man schnell, dass hier an vielen stellen nur das wichtigste instand gehalten wird. Das Internet ist katastrophal langsam und kann quasi nicht genutzt werden. Auch mit einem Stick ists schwierig das man in der Gegend nicht besonders guten Empfang hat.

Gammelt og slitt hotell. Dårlig frokost. Ligger i en bakgate men kort gå avstand til gamlebyen med mange hyggelige kafeer.

女性や一人の方やめた方がいいかも 総合的に満足しています。

価格も安く、部屋はとても広く室内にソファーが２つもあり非常に快適でした。 でもシャワーが少し小さめです。 入り口は隣のホテルです。 書いてあるのですぐわかります。 立地は駅から近く便利ですが、繁華街のzeilとは逆側の路地の様なところで、夜はあんまり出歩きたくないところです。 女性や一人の方にはお勧めしません。 Wifiも良好で、スタッフもフレンドリーなので 満足しています。

Decent Hotel, Rooms not as pictured!

The hotel was decently located near winter market and other areas of interest, although it was surrounded by peep shows and not a great neighborhood, we quickly walked the street to the metro. The bathroom appeared to be cheaply remodeled and you could see mold and poor quality renovation materials. Smoke/fire alarm would go off when opening the bathroom door after showering {the steam would set it off}. The room appeared clean.

Keine Lokation für Frauen

Die Gegend ist nicht für Frauen zu empfehlen. Nichtraucherzimmer bestellt und Raucherzimmer bekommen. Auf Nachfrage waren keine anderen zimmer frei. Zumutung für einen Nichtraucher!

Stadtnah, aber nicht, wie im Internet versprochen

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß super gut zu erreichen. Im Internet wurden einige Dinge als Ausstattung versprochen, die nicht vorhanden waren, z.B. ein Wasserkocher. Sauberkeit war ok, solange man nicht in die Ecke sieht. Die Gardinen hingen aus der Gardinenstange, Lampe hat Wackelkontakt und funktioniert nur, wenn sie Lust hat, die Toilettenspülung läuft endlos nach, die Fenster schließen nicht richtig, die Matratzen sind völlig durchgelegen usw. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Oft ist es laut. Für kurze Zeit ist der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, länger hält man es nicht aus.

居心地のいいホテル

レセプションは、近くのホテルのレセプションで受付。 レジデンスホテル自体はちょっと独立していて普通のおうちの感覚。IHコンロがついていたり、食器が揃っていたり、ちゃんと冷える冷蔵庫もありました。 部屋の窓が大きく、夜は静かです。 ただ、Hbfから歩いて行ける範囲ですがちょっと距離があります。 夜はすこーし若者が多く1人では歩きたくないかな。 土曜日は、マルクト？もやっていてなかなか面白かったです！ サービスは特にこれと言って利用していませんが、チェックイン時間よりかなり早めでもいれていただけたことと、レセプションの方が親切だったので◎

Posizione ottima,a due sole fermate dal centro,la ragazza alla reception è davvero molto disponibile,abbondante la colazione e i mini appartamenti accoglienti e puliti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Buono per w.e. tra amici o periodo fiera.

Premetto che avevo prenotato per il Residence hotel e invece mi hanno dato una camera al City Hotel. Alla fine dovevo solo rimanere 2 notti e non mi sono lamentato dato che la camera era pulita e hanno cambiato gli asciugamani ogni giorno. Consiglio per brevi permanenze come ad esempio durante il periodo fiera, oppure per un week-end con amici. Ci sono tipi poco raccomandabili in giro ma basta non dargli corda. Basta comunque allontanarsi 100 mt dall'albergo e c'è già la prima fermata di metro. A 5 min invece c'è la via dello shopping e il centro storico. In conclusione, economico e pratico.

Zimmer sehr sauber aber schlechte Lage

Die Zimmer sind recht einfach aber sehr sauber - Ich hatte ein kleines Appartment mit Küche und Dusche - Aber Nachts würde ich hier ungerne alleine raus gehen - Die Lage dieser Straße ist nicht schön und wirkt etwas beängstigend. Sehr viele Jungs Nachts draußen ausländischer Abstammung ( Rotlicht Milieu ?! ) Also da läuft definitiv was das nicht in Ordnung ist - Eine Frau sollte man dort nicht alleine Nachts raus !!!

ACCESO NOCTURNO Y UBICACIÓN

El hotel está bien ubicado en cuanto a distancia, pero la zona en la que se encuentra es fea y tiene algunos bares de mala categoría, lo que implica que te encuentres (por la noche) a personas que han bebido ahí. En las noches cierran la puerta principal y para poder entrar debe hacerse por la puerta trasera, pero no está indicado cómo llegar ahí y mientras encuentras la forma, la zona no es muy agradable.
