Very nice hotel in a residential area of Frankfurt with easy access to public transport trams are outside also underground relatively close to the city and airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't take breakfast as we joined our niece who lived nearby but it was a good option.

Excellent hotel, very nice room, nice breakfast every morning. Great location, only 1 1/2 blocks from the U Train into the center of the City. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. One night we had a problem with the TV, and the hotel manager came up to the room to fix it. This was the best hotel we stayed in our German trip

The room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep at all the first night and we had to work the next day. We requested to be moved and they moved us to the 6th floor which was better but it was not graciously given to us. The room was also so hot and we could not turn off the heat. We couldn't open the window because of the noise and the room was overly hot. There are no phones in the rooms so if you have an issue you must go downstairs to the front desk which s a total pain. We also did not like that out of 3 nights 4 days, we only got clean room and towels twice!!! The breakfast was decent but we missed it because we did not sleep and ended up sleeping past it. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nuestra estancia fue por 11 noches. Es un hotel que tiene mucho potencial y los dueños quizás deberían estar más atentos a los detalles. La ubicación nos pareció muy buena, porque teníamos que trasladarnos a diferentes partes de Frankfurt. Hay dos súper mercados muy cerca de ahí. Las habitaciones son amplias y se aprecia que el hotel constantemente es renovado. El precio bastante accesible. El personal atento. El hotel tiene que poner una gran atención a la limpieza. Tuvimos que pedir que aspirar en varias ocasiones. Jamás lo hicieron por debajo de la cama, había una gran acumulación de polvo por debajo de la cama de meses. Eso me daba alergia. Se lo solicitamos a diferente personal del mostrador y también a la persona encargada de el aspirado. Todos nos decían que mandarían a hacerlo, pero jamás sucedió. También había un desajuste en la regadera que hacía incómodo bañarse. Lo arreglaron el día antes de que dejamos el hotel. Teníamos que pedir que dejaran las toallas completas porque solían olvidar dejarlas. Hay toallas rotas y viejas También deberían revisar la duración de la estancia de los huéspedes porque el jabón y el shampoo no es lo mismo para dos días que para 12 días. Tuvimos que pedir que lo rellenaran en 3 ocaciones. Viajo mucho. he podido estar en cadenas de lujo y cadenas hoteleras más sencillas y los detalles son importantes. Se ve el empeño y cuidados de los dueños, pero el personal de limpieza baja su calidad. Solo es poner atención a los detalles.

Eu esperava 1 quarto menor, por ser cama de solteiro. O tamanho foi uma surpresa boa. Só não gostei do atendimento do recepcionista. Ele estava encerrando o expediente e foi pouco cortês. Liberou a acomodação para outros hóspedes que chegaram no mesmo horário e mandou-me esperar sentada, sem explicar o motivo. Pensei que o quarto estivesse em limpeza. Achei que ele tivesse feito meu check-in, pois olhou meu passaporte e computador. Mas não fez. Saí para almoçar nas redondezas e ao voltar e perguntar se quarto estava disponível, o novo Recepcionista disse que eu precisava fazer check-in. O outro não tinha feito!

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber , in den Toiletten roch es nach Urin und es waren überall Haare, auch die Betten hatten einen merkwürdigen Geruch. Das Personal war nur da, auf Fragen wie ; bis wann ist das Frühstück und wo ? Hieß es : davon steht’s angeschrieben, können Sie es lesen… und auch so beim vorbei laufen, wenn man gegrüßt hat kam nur ein komischer Blick. Die Fleischsorten im Buffet waren nicht angeschrieben, wenn man gefragt hat kam dann mit Mühe und Not immer eine kurze Erläuterung. Also für den Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt, Max 1-2 Sterne

Das Zimmer war insgesamt okay. Eine Lampe flackerte ab und zu… Man hörte den Straßenlärm im Zimmer. Das Shampoo in der Dusche war leer und die benutzten Handtücher lagen über 16 Stunden im Flur… Dafür war das Zimmer recht groß und sauber.
