Our stay at Homaris Nibelungen was very comfortable and the location suited us quite well, near enough to transport and a grocery. The room was clean and comfortable for the two of us, with a separate bedroom. There was a fair amount of traffic noise (we were on the side of the main road), but it did quiet down later in the evening. One thing to be aware of -- there is no reception, and the building is not well marked by Homaris (it has the name of another hotel still on the building), so we had some difficulty finding it, but once that was resolved we were well pleased.

Check-in was good - we got the code and everything worked as stated. The room was set up for our family - 2 adults and 3 teenagers. There is a grocery store nearby and we left to stock up. On our return, we could not access the building. There was a woman trying to EXIT the building who was unable. I called the phone number from our reservation and tried speaking with someone. It’s difficult to hear, as you’re on a busy road. The woman in the building was able to find a back door to exit which she held open for us to be able to get in. The woman I spoke with said they would send someone to deal with the door. The solution ended up being keeping the main door unlocked. We didn’t have any problems with the door after that, but it was always on my mind. Then we realized we’d been left with almost no toilet paper, and no spare rolls to be found. So it was back to the grocery store. Later, I got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes between floors until someone hit a button on a different floor to get it moving again. The room itself worked well. The bedding was very clean. The shower was decently clean. The walls could use a scrub - there are hand/finger prints on the walls. Nothing creepy, just regular use without a good scrub.The apartment is beside a hospital and across from a dog park. The dogs make more noise than the ambulances - I don’t think they turn their sirens on at night. Overall it was fine, and there aren’t many options for a family of 5 to be together.

Preis Leistung stimmt hier alle mal. Die Lage ist gut. Es war sauber. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Moderne Einrichtung. Online Check in und Kommunikation mit dem KI Tool liefen auch einwandfrei. Negativ: Starker Straßenlärm, der Filter im Bad war nicht gewechselt, in der Küche und im Bad fehlten Abdeckungen, da waren die Anschlüsse einfach offen, die Wand im Schlafzimmer war fleckig und müsste neu gestrichen werden. Das Gebäude und der Flur sind etwas altbacken. ABER für den Preis ist das alles völlig in Ordnung gewesen. Weiter zu empfehlen.

Es ist schön, dass es sauber und ordentlich ist, und die Küchenutensilien, die man benutzen kann, sind wirklich eine gute Idee. Einziger Nachteil: Es gibt keinen Parkplatz, und der Elektroherd funktioniert nicht, was ein bisschen schade ist. Vielleicht sollte es ein schwarzes Brett mit den Gebrauchsanweisungen für diese Werkzeuge und Geräte geben. Das ist alles.
