The hotel staff was very nice and courteous. However we experienced some parking issues. When returning to the hotel at night the spaces are very small and some hotel guests didn’t care that they were parking sideways in 2 spaces. This prevented me from using my assigned space that I paid for. I advised the night staff about the problem. She would not check the problem. I requested a new parking area. This problem happened twice by the same guests. Staff may need to monitor the parking more. I would recommend the hotel, just request not to park out front. Use the garage

This is in my hometown.& I visit every year. Super convenient to the Frankfurt Airport, Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof & plenty of grocery stores & dining near by. Not to mention the staff! They're awesome

Excellent central location with easy access to tram and shops! Staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean with extremely comfortable beds. Although the building is a little older, it does not lack comfort. This place was booked out when we stayed and I can see why: exceptional value for money!

The stay was pleasant. At times there was some traffic noise but with the windows closed it was very quiet. I liked the small kitchenette with the microwave, hot plates, and fridge. Makes longer stays much easier. The place was conveniently located near the autobahn to make my travels very easy.

Breakfast was nice, great location close to the highway. A lot of noise from the nearby road. Bed's were comfortable. There wasn't any pressure on the hot water. Great for a one night stay, when passing trough. But dont expect much.

Drinking bodies had a noisy party in front of hotel, but the accommodation was okay, looking at the price. Poor Wi-Fi, and some of the lights were not working. Breakfast was excellent. Big Supermarket near by. Easy from and to the freeway.

OK! Could be a lot better

Good parts: 1. The staff is very polite and helpful with info. 2. For the price I got, it was fine. Not-so-good parts: 1. Cleanliness, maintenance and comfort could be significantly improved 2. Parking is a challenge. Though the staff informed about the possibility to leave your car in the Rewe parking lot nearby, it leaves you stressed because the parking lot has boards suggesting potential towing. I left my car there overnight without having faced any challenge. 3. Breakfast is basic so don't expect anything fancy. Coffee was great though.

The stay was overall OK. We realized after unpacking that the lighting in the kitchen area did not work. We arrived on Friday and were asked to allow until the following Monday when maintenance would be available. After asking on Tuesday we were told it can’t be repaired and we were offered another room, but it was too much of a head at that point. Also we didn’t have a microwave as promised. The stay was overall OK, but I probably will choose another property next time. The hotel needs to be updated. The carpet in the hallways is stained/old as well as the carpet in the rooms.

Hotel ist schon etwas älter. Frühstück okay. Lage an einer Hauptstraße, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem. Für den Preis wirklich okay. Kostenpflichtige Fahrradparkplätze, habe ich in über 30Jahren Radtour in keinem Land Europas erlebt. Durften dann die Räder aufs Zimmer nehmen.
