Hotel was a very good choice! very quiet, quite upscale, very good breakfast, big pool ... perfect place to relax. Though the place is not right next to the town and main road, it was easy to get an uber from there.

We received amazing service from all staff. A special shout out for Izaura, one of the team members working at the breakfast buffet. The property is top notch and well kept. Lots of amenities and things to do. Only two days left us wanting more. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay when visiting the falls!

Fantastic place to stay when visiting the falls! The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. We had dinner there twice during our stay and both times the food exceeded our expectations in quality, variety, and flavor! There were a couple of evening events while we were there including live music near the pool and a karaoke party. We golfed one day and felt like we had the course all to ourselves. For the location, it was a really fun course to play. The rental clubs were a bit rough but we enjoyed just the same. Great home base for Foz do Iguazu!

Concierge help was fantastic for arranging the trip to both Argentina and Brazil side of the falls. On-site food was delicious and staff were friendly. The campus was clean and nice and of a good size.

Overall this hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and it had great amenities. But the room was dirty when we arrived, I think they just changed the sheets and towels. The floor was clearly not cleaned and the desk had crumbs from the previous guest. Also, we had lunch at the pool and the food took over two hours to arrive, only to find out the fryer broke and they had to fix it. Because I didn't speak fluent Portuguese I did not complain, but I wish they compensated us for having to wait that long.

What’s good: Amazing buffet restaurant, great pool, very safe, kind staff. What’s bad: - 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck). - The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). A lot of noice keeping us awake. - no free bottled water. - staff ‘forgot’ to calculate the promised discount at check out. It’s a nice hotel, good facilities but I would not recommend if you want a quiet hotel. Lots of families with children.

First of all, this property is beautiful, and the staff are nice. However, they can barely speak english. This was really annoying. Secondly, the food options are not only limited, but they are not healthy and delicious. Bad news is the place is in no where so you cant order food by uber or etc. Also, breakfast is sth repetitive. Fresh cooking breakfast also serve if you know Portuguese. Thirdly, if you get taxi from hotel, you need to pay the taxi by cash! It is really annoying. You cant use your credit card. Fourthly, Internet is awful. I dont know why they have such a weak Internet connection in their hotel. Fifthly, pay attention to the bill. If you dont read the bill, they will charge you extra. Totally, I dont believe that this place is a 5 star hotel. Best case scenario 3 is enough.
