Search Resorts in Four Corners

"Came after spring break so not to crowded. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They have 1 restaurant. The day we arrived it was closed that evening because they had a convention and it was being used for a private party. Breakfast was good there. Had dinner there one night and the fish was very dry to the point that I did not eat it. The manager offered to send another meal or something else I chose not to since my husband was done eating at this point. 2 minute walk to Sunset Walk. That was fine for an evening. Only a couple of decent restaurants there. Be sure to use Uber not a taxi when going to and from airport and places of interest your looking to go. "

"Room was unclean and didn’t have enough pillows and towels for the room capacity. Friendly but unhelpful staff, they listened to concerns but didn’t bother to provide enough pillows for my family and told us the hotel had no extra pillows to provide for our room. The room had. Capacity for 6, I have a family of 5 and had to give one of my sons my pillow. "

"Be careful to call a confirm the room type you book. We booked and paid for a two bedroom suite and instead were given a “junior” 2 bedroom (there is a difference in price and sizes). When I called Expedia for help I was told that they called the property several times for days and never got a responce. I have the emails to prove it. I never heard from the property either. Additionally, our room was on the second floor and we have 2 kids walking at 7am. The bothered this apparently bothered the family below because they violently pounded on our door with a broom stick. Again we were unable to reach the front desk. "

"Room was had dirty towel and washrag hanging in bathroom. Floor not clean, back slider didn’t lock. Blinds on back door were missing and never replaced. Maintenance said he did best he could on lock, when fixing it. Told me it should work. Blinds were never replaced, even after being told by front desk that it was moved to priority. Communication with shuttle and trash service was non existent!!! Will not return. "

"The Resort Villa is outdated could use some upgrades. The WaterPark is not included in your stay you have to pay extra. It could have been a little bit cleaner. There was plenty of activities and things to do for the kids."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and one of the updated rooms on the property. Pools were clean with good loungers. Unfortunately on our last night at the property we discovered a large American cockroach about 2” long. We caught and killed it but it certainly dampened our stay.. no signs of pest issues at the property."
