"The place is wonderful; the apartments are all new, beautiful, and spacious. However, there is just one problem: there is no parking near the buildings, so you have to walk about 5 to 10 minutes, depending on what time you arrive"

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. The water park should be included in the price or you should make it more known that you have to pay per day. Also the water park should be open longer since it’s $25 dollars a person. 11-6pm is not enough time. Room was small. The room key worked for everything but our room door. The problem was solved quickly but when front desk was called, they told us that we were supposed to be in a different room. Parking was a nightmare."

"The staff were all super friendly. We had an issue with not having enough towels and it took about 3 days before we were getting the correct amount. The room was large but needed a chair or something extra bc it was just a big open space with nothing in it, so a lot of our stuff was on the floor. The tub was in need of some repairs. The breakfast was really nice. The access to the resort pools was very nice. They really need to give guests a way to get on the property without having to stop each time and tell the guards where we are staying. The property did what we needed it to do bc we weren’t there much. But I don’t think we would stay there again."

"The house we booked was wonderful with exception of an annoying pool alarm that would ring 10 minutes after the sliding glass door would open into the house and into the patio… it would be preferable to be able to override it if the pool gate was installed … the house was not equipped with a mop or broom and the number of towels per bathroom was very limited plus 2 chaises in the pool area were in disrepair"
