"Staff was ok , but not particularly welcoming or friendly. Elevators had some problems, so had to take the stairs a few times. The trolley service to and from the Dallas Cowboys stadium was good. Breakfast was self serve, basic but good."

"I traveled with my two dogs. I requested a room that was close to the exit door to take them potty and they accommodated us. Only thing i would recommend was the fixing of the door, the hardware was about to come off and it made it had to close or open the door at times. Other than that the room ..."

Kozy Hotel Dallas DFW Airport Area West
"Positives: Comfortable bed, nice pool, and a big tv(55") with roku for streaming all the TV apps. Good breakfast. Negatives: the front elevator was out of service so EVERYONE had to use the only other elevator at the back of the hotel, other than that it was great. I'd rate it a 8.5 out of 10"
